Journey Begins 
After working in the Hospitality Industry for more than three decades, I have decided to pay back my dues to the cuisine I have loved from the bottom of my heart. Over the years I have worked in various positions in the kitchen brigade and management. This exemplary journey began many years ago as a kitchen apprentice in Chola Sheraton in 1977 and after growing through the ranks I reached the pinnacle of my career as the CEO of the most successful Banquet Hotel of Gujarat.
For a long time I had been quite disturbed by the ill treatment Indian Cuisine has been receiving from the hands inexperienced chefs and novice restaurant owners. I have gone through many sleepless nights tossing and turning thinking as to how I can contribute to this great cuisine and take it to its right place at the top of Gastronomic world.
Finally God or shall I say God in form of technology came to my rescue and gave me the tools to create and preserve the perfect curries and Indian preparations. For the last two years me and my team has been working behind the curtains in the back stage to create the perfect recipes for our clients. Now the time has come to unveil to the world years of hard work and culinary knowledge which I was fortunate to be blessed with.
Years of churning and thought lead to the creation of Razzmatazz Foods, a company which has been created to serve the cause of Indian Cuisine. I have put all my experience in creating basic Indian mother curries, which enable even a greenhorn to create and serve just the right recipes and tastes. These curries are rightly being christened as Magic Curries.
